Refund policy: Our customers are eligible to initiate a product return within a period of 5 days from the date of purchase, commencing from the day they accept the product. Items for return must be in their original, resalable condition, inclusive of unused status, original tags, labels, and packaging. Return fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary based on the country of origin. It’s important to note that swimwear, underwear, and hats cannot be returned once their packaging has been opened. Refunds will be processed to the same Bank, Credit Card, or PayPal account used for payment, within 10 business days of receiving the returned parcel. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon placing an order, customers establish a commercial relationship with PUISSANT, committing to accepting the related parcel upon delivery. In instances where delivery is hindered by the customer’s lack of cooperation (e.g., incorrect contact information, shipping address, or refusal at customs for international orders), resulting in the parcel being returned to PUISSANT in Johannesburg, the customer bears the associated expenses, encompassing shipping costs, duty, and tax fees. These expenses are deducted from the total order amount to be refunded. Customers play a crucial role in the return process by actively cooperating and responding to queries within 5 days to qualify for a refund. However, returns may not be feasible for participants in “First order gets it for free” contests or similar events to ensure fairness. Sales during the initial minutes of a drop are considered final unless a significant issue with the order arises, subject to the discretion of PUISSANT customer support. Exchanges: Our exchange policy is limited to instances of incorrect sizes or requests to switch the same style of item for a different color.
